Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/exchanges for any of our products. We provide detailed fragrance and product descriptions and encourage you to purchase any samples, however, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there are any issues with your order, they must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Should any other problem arise with your order due to an error on our end (i.e incorrect item, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the issue. We may ask you to return the item and we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

For items that were damaged/missing:

Please email us a photo at 💌hello@bebeetoile.com within 7 business days of delivery and customer care will get in touch with you. We cannot rectify the issue outside of the 7 business day window.

 

We will need 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email with an update and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 business days. 



For International Customers outside the U.S.
At this time, we do not offer return or exchange services to customers outside the United States. Due to customs and imports, we are not liable for any damages or missing products in transit.
